There is nothing worse than waking up with a huge pimple that’s just taking up residence on your face. Kate Somerville has some really incredible skin care products, and this is definitely one of my favorites that I don’t see anything replacing it. It comes in a cute little bottle where the bottle half of the product is thicker pink and then the top half inside is a clear serum. The idea is that you dip a Q-tip in both layers and then tap it on the blemish (don’t shake the bottle ever! I’ve heard it can de-activate the strength or something, might be a myth but don’t do it). There’s something about the strong rubbing alcohol scent to it that makes you feel like the product is really going to dry that sucker out quickly. In addition to this, I like that the color is pink, it’s not as alarming and noticeable of a pimple cream as if it was white so its look is a bit more incognito. The product says it “helps with future blemishes” which I don’t believe because how can it predict a future clogged pore? If only it could. However, despite it not being a psychic, I do think it greatly reduces the size and lifespan of pimples so I definitely recommend this.
